D4E VERY Low Cost Serial to NTSC/PAL
FR1 a 4-module 1-rack unit frame. The FR1 supports AJA's newly released R20 and R5 modules along with other industry standard modules. Main features include forced air-cooling and an optional redundant supply. Aux 1 BNC input provides a color black reference which is distributed to all modules. RJ45 port provides for module serial communications and power supply monitoring.
R5CEThe AJA Video R5CE provides four re-clocked and equalized serial outputs and four analog monitoring outputs. One monitoring output is NTSC/PAL and the other three can be configured to a wide variety of formats including NTSC/PAL, Y/C (S-Video), and component including RGB, YUV, SMPTE/N10 or Betacam (525 or 625). The monitoring outputs employ high quality 10 bit D/A converters with the proper 10 bit to 8 bit dithering into the 8 bit video encoders with filtering for clock jitter. The R5CE fits the AJA FR1 frame and other common industry frames.
The AJA Video R44E provides 4 composite analog monitoring outputs from 4 separate serial digital inputs. Each channel is a separate D/A converter with 10 bit bit DAC and 8 bit broadcast encoding. Values below black and above white are not clipped. Each channel has a test pattern generator, with separate selectable blanking controls. 2 RU card fits AJA FR1 frame. Auto NTSC or PAL configuration.
