SPARKS! is an all-new brand signature which was created to showcase the cutting-edge and dynamic nature of DTS' Oscar®-winning Digital surround sound format.
With SPARKS! they have created two different and distinct soundtracks to accompany the visuals. The "Sprite" soundtrack is whimsical and abstract, while "Sprite Suite" is a modern spin on classical themes.
SPARKS! with "Sprite" soundtrack is featured on all scope prints and "Sprite Suite" is featured on flat prints.
These adventurous soundscapes have been designed by Nathaniel Kunkel and Michael Jay. Kunkel is an award-winning sound mixer and has worked with DTS on surround music releases for Sting and Graham Nash. Jay is a veteran composer who is noted for producing the first original music used in Laserium, the international light and music show.
The stunning visual animation for SPARKS! was directed by Rod Finley, award-wining commercial director and principal of C2K Entertainment.
Computer graphics were created by Cafe FX who have created EFX and CG elements for Oscar®-winning feature films.
