| Digidesign Distributes Several Eventide TDM Plug-ins |
Digidesign has announced that it is now the exclusive worldwide distributor (with the exception of the US and Canada) of Eventide's Clockworks Legacy, Eventide Reverb, Octavox, and H3000 Band Delays plug-ins. Exclusive to Digidesign® Pro Tools ®, the Eventide line of TDM plug-ins are all modeled after acclaimed, industry-standard Eventide hardware processors. All support Pro Tools|HD® and Pro Tools|HD Accel on Windows XP and Mac OS X*; the Clockworks Legacy bundle also supports Pro Tools|24 MIX™.
Eventide plug-in features include:
CLOCKWORKS LEGACY BUNDLE
- Omnipressor - Simultaneously compresses and expands signals
- Instant Phaser - Based on the single-function analog processor, with a sweeping filter bank
- H910 - Recreation of the very first Harmonizer effects processor
- Instant Flanger - Choose and/or combine modulation sources; MIDI-controllable manual sweep
- H949 - Unique random feature creates slight delay variations
OCTAVOX
- Emulation of the Orville flagship processor
- Offers a unique interface for creating harmonies and complex musical sequences
- Up to eight voices of time-based, diatonic pitch shifting
REVERB
- Includes the best of DSP4000, Eclipse and Orville reverb algorithms
- Features pre- and post-parametric EQs, a high-quality compressor, dual delays, and a bit reducer
H3000 BAND DELAYS
- Derived from the original filtered delay algorithm
- Eight voices of tempo-based filtered delays
- Low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and notch high-resonance-capable filters
- Full tempo support
All Eventide plug-ins support sample rates up to 96 kHz; the Instant Phaser and Omnipressor support sample rates up to 192 kHz.
* The H3000 Band Delays plug-in will be available for Windows XP-based Pro Tools systems in late 2004.
