| Real Image and Digidesign unveil the ICON - An Integrated Large Format Console

Real Image Media Technologies and Digidesign unveiled the ICON, the state-of-the-art integrated large format console, at the Real Image Chennai Office on August 6, 2004.
Audio engineers, studio owners and audio technology enthusiasts attended the interactive demo session conducted by staff from Real Image and Digidesign.
The ICON features the new D-ControlTM tactile worksurface, Pro Tools®|HD Accel as its core DSP engine and modular HD audio interfaces for analog and digital I/O at very attractive pricing.
In addition to supporting mixes up to 24-bit/192 kHz in 7.1 surround, the ICON redefines the audio production process by providing full command of the mixing and production process and includes integrated remote mic preamps, seamless Avid picture support and comprehensive synchronization and machine control options.
