Digidesign and CEV Host DigiDays Montreal, May 16 - 18

For a third year, Digidesign and CEV - a leading provider of audio, video, and multimedia communication technologies - are proud to present DigiDays Montreal. DigiDays is three days of free audio-related events during which industry experts, professionals, and enthusiasts can exchange information and gain valuable insights into their trade.

DigiDays includes 18 seminars and events, including a special visit to a major Montreal studio. Catch the previews of the latest Digidesign^® technologies, including the upcoming Pro Tools^® HD 7.2 software release, plus streamlined Avid^® and Pro Tools workflows and key enhancements to video, audio, and automation features.

Product specialists from across North America will offer their expertise on a vast array of Digidesign Development Partners ^TM products from Cedar Audio, EMI/Abbey Road, Eventide, McDSP, Sony Oxford, Soundminer, SoundToys, Virtual Katy, and Waves.

Guest Presentations
DigiDays will feature guest presentations from Michael Nunan (post sound supervisor at CTV), who will talk about 5.1 post production for broadcast, and Martin Lord Ferguson (Netza Creations, Cirque du Soleil), who will discuss the central role Pro Tools plays in his creative environment.

Studios Marko
DigiDays will also offer an exclusive look inside Studios Marko - this year's winner of every major film sound award in Canada and Quebec, including Genie and Jutra awards for best overall sound and sound design on Jean-Marc Vallée's C.R.A.Z.Y. Canadian film event. Explore the studio and chat with some of the people behind its success.
